Amanda Boyce
Rossiter Coach, Functional Fitness Instructor
Amanda Boyce found her path as a Yamuna Practitioner and Rossiter Coach after surviving for over a decade in pain like many people do. Her repetitive motion on a daily bases caused tension and stress. She found through her years that when you have repetitive strain injuries, they can lead to chronic tension and pain. In some of her worst cases, severe injuries that would never heal, or so she thought, until she discovered the Rossiter System. Since then she has begun exploring different holistic healing modalities and found that Rossiter Active Stretching coupled with Yamuna Body Rolling, two effective pain management modalities, allowed her to restore space back into her body. They have been very helpful in Amanda's healing journey and she wants to share them with you! Amanda has been a Rossiter Practitioner since January, 2018 and Yamuna Practitioner since August 2018. She is also certified in Foam Rolling and continues to advance her education in Rossiter and Yamuna Body Rolling to bring the best services and results to her clients. In 2020, she became a certified Functional Fitness Coach to offer her clients another option on their journey of healing, being proactive in their pain management and taking care of their body.
