Kaitlyn Sullivan, Rossiter Coach

Kaitlyn has always pursued natural alternatives to healing the body. Growing up with severe environmental allergies, experiencing trauma - extreme whiplash from a few car accidents - along with repetitive motion injuries from years at a desk job, Kaitlyn sought further ways to alleviate this pain naturally and permanently. She has always been geared towards holistic healing with a desire to approach health naturally. She found bodywork, specifically Rossiter, Functional Fitness and Yamuna Body Rolling along side a healthy diet and stress management as the best combination for self care. Through her experiences with the Rossiter System, an active stretching technique, Kaitlyn decided to become trained as a coach and now uses her expertise with this connective tissue stretching and bodywork to help her clients work through their pain naturally. She is an advanced level 4 certified Rossiter Coach and Yamuna Body Rolling Practitioner. Kaitlyn is also certified in Functional Fitness allowing her to share with her clients how to stay out of pain once space and mobility have been restored. Whitney West, Rossiter Coach

Whitney seeks to be a positive light and help others reduce their pain and restore their quality of life. She became very interested in natural medicine after experiencing chronic pain throughout her lifetime. Her journey has included a long struggle with an undiagnosed illness where she was often told her symptoms were due to anxiety and stress.
Long involved in athletics, she experienced a significant set back in college before finally being diagnosed with Lyme disease. Taking a break from college to focus on her health, things continued to get worse as the disease entered her brain and spinal cord causing her to lose her ability to walk. With the support of her family, she began to explore natural medicine and began making dramatic improvements. Now, she will be graduating from UNC in May of 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science with an emphasis in Physical Therapy and a minor in Psychology. Whitney plans to continue her education and become a Doctor of Natural Medicine.
Whitney discovered Rossiter when a family member of hers suggested she look into Rossiter Active Stretching, her uncle has received ongoing Rossiter Stretching with fantastic results, and she became intrigued. After meeting with Kaitlyn, and the Mindful Massage and Bodywork team, she wanted to learn more. Whitney certified in Rossiter Stretching Techniques in October of 2020 to help her achieve her goals of helping others in chronic pain. She loves watching people’s bodies change through movement and stretching for the better. She is looking forward to getting back to sports and activities. She lives an active lifestyle and loves to be outside. In the winter, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and snowmobiling. In the summer she enjoys hiking, boating, paddle boarding, and fishing. Her favorite things to do are spend quality time with her family, friends, and dogs.
