Susan Sollenberger, LMT, CMLD
Your care and sense of vitality are what matter most to Susan. Her light touch therapeutic approach draws from many advanced skills to drive better balance in mind and motion resulting in a positive ripple effect like waves of regeneration throughout the body. Susan’s passion is to help support people with auto-immune disorders, COVID long-hauler symptoms and lifestyle/stress related disorders. She loves to assist prenatal and lactating mothers or people in pre-surgery and recovery in order to reduce the risk of infection/pain/inflammation/swelling/scars, chronic fatigue, and reduce water retention.
Susan holds two certifications in neuromuscular therapy, 2005, Judith Delany’s IANMT series and Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy’s NMT trigger point protocols. Her study of 1150 hours included myofascial pain and dysfunction; myofascial release; muscle energy techniques; trigger point; passive/active/resistive stretching; prenatal massage; postural kinesiology and more. Susan uses the Trager Approach to promote feeling “lighter, freer, easier”. In 2018 she was certified through the Vodder School International's Manual Lymph Drainage (Applied MLD) and is pursuing credentialing in Rossiter Stretching and Functional Movement Training.
When Susan is not in therapy, she is home enjoying her mate, baking, cooking, gardening; walking, hiking and biking; backpacking in scenic Colorado; crafting, reading; and traveling to visit extensive family, and her son, daughter and three grandsons.
